Michael Creadon - Chief Executive Officer

Michael Creadon is the managing partner at Traditum, where he manages the fixed-income, energy, and automation desks. He has thirteen years of trading experience, primarily in fixed-income spread trading, and eight years of risk management experience. A founding partner of the company in 2003, Michael previously worked at the hedge fund Sangamon Trading in Chicago from 1999-2001. He has been quoted in articles on the futures industry in Crain’s Chicago Business and Bloomberg Business News. In 2009, he spoke at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange’s Analyst Day on the subject of proprietary trading. Michael holds a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University-Bloomington and a Master’s of Public Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs in New York.

Noel Moore - Chairman

Noel Moore graduated from the University of Chicago in 1981. During the 1980’s, he began working on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade where he quickly became a member, institutional salesman and trader. In the late 1980’s, Noel left the floor and institutional sales to focus exclusively on developing proprietary trading strategies, primarily in fixed-income and currencies and later expanding into commodities and equity indices. At the end of 1991, he founded a global macro trading advisory firm where he built a record of consistent, low-risk returns for 16 years. Currently, Noel invests and trades across all financial markets. He is a partner at Traditum and Endurance Asset Management, a fund of funds LP.

Burt Gutterman - Vice–Chairman

Burt Gutterman graduated from the University of Wisconsin—Madison in 1970 and purchased a full membership at the Chicago Board of Trade in 1971. He began proprietary trading while at Rosenthal & Company and continued such trading throughout his career. Burt was elected to the Board of Directors of the CBOT in 1986. He was a co-sponsor of Project A, the CBOT’s electronic trading system, and played a significant role in the exchange’s $185 million trading addition. In 1995, he was elected as Governor to the Board of Trade Clearing Corporation, the clearing entity of the CBOT, a position he held until March 1997. Burt joined Sangamon Trading Inc., a commodity trading adviser, in April 1997 as Chief Executive Officer. In October 2003, he co-founded Endurance Asset Management, a fund of funds manager, and collaborated in the launch of Traditum.

Jason O'Reilly - Chief Operating Officer

Jason O'Reilly is a partner who began his trading career in 1999 at the Chicago Board of Trade and traded commodity options at the New York Board of Trade and New York Mercantile Exchange.  Jason joined the Fixed Income division at Traditum in 2005 and began focusing on management in late 2008.  Prior to his trading career, Jason worked in the Financial, Economic, and Technology consulting groups at Arthur Andersen in Washington, DC and FTI Consulting in Chicago.  Jason received his BA in Finance and played football for the Tribe at The College of William & Mary.
